Chatbots

A bot that answers from your real information — and knows when to hand off.

Who this is for

Businesses answering the same questions over and over, losing after-hours enquiries, or burnt by a generic bot that gave confidently wrong answers.

Most chatbots fail one of two ways: they're dumb scripted trees that frustrate everyone, or they're loose AI that invents answers. We build the middle path — an assistant grounded in your real information (your services, prices, policies, FAQs) so it answers accurately, with guardrails on what it won't do and a clean handoff to a human the moment it's out of depth. It runs where your customers are: website, WhatsApp, Instagram. It's our applied-AI approach, pointed at the front desk.

What it removes

The problems this actually takes off your plate.

  • 01

Your team answers the same handful of questions endlessly.

  • 02

After-hours and weekend enquiries go unanswered and go cold.

  • 03

A generic bot gave wrong answers and made the brand look careless.

  • 04

The bot had no way to hand a real conversation to a person.

We set limits and a handoff for anything out of scope.

  4. 04

    Deploy

We put it where your customers already message you.

  • Enquiries captured and logged instead of lost after hours.

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask

Will it make things up?

We build specifically against that: the bot answers from your real, supplied information, with guardrails, and hands off to a human when it isn't sure rather than inventing an answer. A bot confidently wrong in front of a customer is worse than no bot — which is exactly the failure we design out. This is the same discipline as our AI systems work.

Which channels can it run on?

Website chat, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs are the common ones, and the same assistant can run across all of them so answers stay consistent. It logs conversations to your CRM so enquiries aren't trapped in the chat.

How does it learn my business?

We feed it your actual content — services, pricing, policies, FAQs, past answers. It's grounded in that, so updating what it knows is a matter of updating that source, not retraining a mysterious model.

When should a human take over?

Whenever the stakes or the ambiguity are real — a complaint, a complex quote, anything it isn't confident on. We design the handoff to be clean, with context passed to the person, so the customer doesn't have to repeat themselves.
