HRMS
One place for your people — not six spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group.
Who this is for
Businesses whose employee information, leave and documents live in scattered sheets and chats, where onboarding is improvised each time.
As a team grows, the people admin that used to fit in one spreadsheet spreads into many — records here, leave in WhatsApp, documents in email, onboarding reinvented for each hire. An HRMS puts it in one place: employee records, onboarding, leave, documents and employee self-service, connected to payroll and attendance so the same data isn't kept three times. We configure a proven system or build one around how you actually work.

FAQ
Questions owners actually ask
Do you build custom or configure an existing HRMS?
Usually we configure a proven HRMS, because the common needs are well solved and cheaper to run that way. We build custom only when your processes genuinely don't fit one — and we'll tell you honestly which situation you're in rather than defaulting to a build.
What size business is this for?
It starts earning its place once people admin outgrows a single spreadsheet and a few people are involved. For a very small team it may be premature, and we'd rather say so than sell you a system you'll barely use.
Does it connect to payroll and attendance?
Yes — that's much of the point. Records, leave and attendance feed payroll so the same information isn't maintained in three places. It pairs with our payroll and attendance work as one connected back office.
Can employees access it themselves?
Yes — self-service for payslips, leave requests and their own details takes routine load off HR and means employees aren't waiting on someone to answer a simple request. Access is role-based so people see only what they should.
