Finance
A finance view an owner can actually run the business on.
Who this is for
Owners flying on gut and bank balance — who can't see runway, don't know true margins, and get surprised by cashflow — who need finance insight short of a full-time CFO.
Most growing businesses can't justify a full-time CFO but desperately need what one provides: a clear read on cashflow, runway, margins and what the numbers say to do next. We build the finance dashboard that answers those questions live, on top of books you can trust, and pair it with advisory from our finance and CA partners. It turns accounting from a backward-looking compliance chore into something you steer the business with. It's the financial twin of our analytics work.
What it removes
The problems this actually takes off your plate.
- 01
You don't know your runway or when cash gets tight.
- 02
Pricing and margins are a guess, not a number.
- 03
Cashflow surprises you instead of being forecast.
- 04
There's no forward view — only last year's tax accounts.

FAQ
Questions owners actually ask
Is this a real CFO?
It's fractional and partner-backed: Naksha builds the dashboards and the data flow, and our finance and CA partners provide the actual CFO-level advisory. You get the insight of a CFO at a fraction of a full-time cost — and we're clear that the senior financial judgement comes from qualified partners, not from us alone.
How is this different from an accountant?
An accountant mostly looks backward — recording what happened and keeping you compliant. A virtual CFO looks forward: runway, forecasts, pricing, what the numbers mean for your next decision. The two complement each other, and both need clean books underneath, which is why this builds on our accounting work.
What reports do I get?
A live dashboard of cashflow, runway and margins, plus forward views like forecasts and budget-versus-actual — the handful of numbers an owner actually steers by, not a fat pack nobody reads. We agree those with you first.
What size business is this for?
Typically one past survival mode, with enough going on that gut feel and the bank balance aren't enough anymore — but not yet big enough for a full-time finance chief. If you're too early for it, we'll say so rather than sell it.
