Registration
Get incorporated once, correctly — so the structure doesn't bite you later.
Who this is for
Founders starting out, and informal businesses that have outgrown operating in a personal name and need a real legal entity to bank, bill and raise.
Incorporation is one of those decisions that's cheap to get right and expensive to redo — the structure you pick shapes how you raise, tax and run for years. We handle the whole setup: advising on the right structure, preparing and checking every document, and coordinating the filing and certification through our licensed CA and company-secretary partners. You come out the other side with a registered entity, PAN, TAN and a bank account ready, plus a clear list of what's due next.
What it removes
The problems this actually takes off your plate.
- 01
You're unsure whether you need a Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC or a partnership — and it's hard to change later.
- 02
Incorporation means juggling a CA, forms, DSCs and portals you've never seen.
- 03
Operating in a personal name blocks a current account, GST and serious clients.
- 04
Nobody tells you what happens after the certificate — PAN, TAN, bank, first compliances.

FAQ
Questions owners actually ask
Is Naksha a CA firm?
No, and we're upfront about it. Registration and statutory certification are done by our licensed CA and company-secretary partners. Naksha runs the coordination, the documents and the systems around it, so you deal with one team instead of three — but the legal filing is always in qualified hands.
Pvt Ltd or LLP — which should I choose?
It depends on whether you'll raise investment (a Pvt Ltd is usually expected), how many owners there are, and how much ongoing compliance you want to carry. We walk you through the trade-offs honestly rather than defaulting everyone to a Pvt Ltd.
How long does registration take?
Typically a couple of weeks once documents are ready, depending on name approval and government processing. We give you a realistic timeline up front and flag what usually causes delays.
What do I actually get at the end?
A registered entity with its incorporation certificate, PAN, TAN, MoA and AoA, and a current account set up — plus a clear list of the first compliances due, so nothing is a surprise three months in. It's also the natural first step of a full startup launch.
