Services

Trademark

Protect the name and mark — before someone else registers it.

Who this is for

Businesses investing in a brand name and logo who have no legal protection over them, and anyone who's found a similar mark already in use.

You can spend months and real money building a brand, and own none of it legally until it's registered — leaving the name and logo open for someone else to claim. Trademark registration fixes that. We run the groundwork — searching for conflicts, choosing the right classes, preparing the application — and our trademark-attorney partners handle the filing and any objections. It pairs naturally with our logo and brand work, so what you design is also what you protect.

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask

Is Naksha a trademark attorney?

No — the filing and any legal objection handling are done by our trademark-attorney partners. We run the search, class selection and preparation and coordinate the process, so you have one point of contact while the legal work stays with qualified professionals.

Which class should I register in?

Trademarks are registered by class of goods or services, and the right ones depend on what you actually sell now and plan to. We help identify them in the search stage so you're protected where it matters rather than paying for classes you'll never use.

How long does it take, and can I use the TM symbol meanwhile?

Full registration can take many months to over a year, as government processing is slow — but you can typically use the TM symbol from the date of filing. We set the right expectation up front rather than implying it's quick.

What if my mark is objected to?

Objections are common and not the end — our attorney partners respond to them as part of the process. A proper search beforehand is what reduces the risk, which is why we don't skip it.
